Rocke's Policies

New eBikes: Once an order is confirmed by the customer and placed with the manufacturer, orders cannot be canceled, and customers are fully responsible for the purchase price and tax. 

 

Used eBikes: eBikes cannot be returned once received by the customer.

 

Storage fees: Once a bike repair is complete, or a purchased bike is ready for pickup, the owner has 30 days to take possession of the bike and remove it from Rocke’s facilities. After 30 days, Rocke charges a storage fee of $5/day until the bike is removed from Rocke’s facilities.

 

Payment: Payment is expected in full before a bike will be released to the owner.

 

Abandoning property: Abandoned bikes, or bike components, will be disposed of in accordance with Colorado law.
